- • Edit and produce long-form video podcast episodes from raw footage, ensuring high-quality audiovisual standards and narrative coherence.
- • Transform long-form podcast content into optimized short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social media campaigns.
- • Lead the full video production lifecycle, including planning, editing, color grading, audio mixing, captioning, and publishing across all platforms.
- • Collaborate with the in-house graphic designer and marketing team to develop visually compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- • Optimize video content for each platform’s algorithm and viewing habits, adjusting aspect ratios, pacing, hooks, and text overlays to maximize engagement and retention.
- • Analyze performance metrics of published videos to refine editing style, content structure, and distribution timing for improved audience growth.
- • Stay current with emerging video trends, platform updates, and best practices in short-form storytelling to ensure content remains innovative and competitive.
- • Propose and implement new editing techniques, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and consistency across video outputs.
- • Manage multiple video projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, maintaining quality while adapting to shifting campaign priorities.
- • Ensure all published videos include accurate captions, branded elements, and calls-to-action tailored to each platform’s audience.
- • Contribute to the development of video content calendars and editorial strategies in alignment with broader marketing goals.
- • Source, organize, and manage media assets including stock footage, music, sound effects, and graphics, ensuring proper licensing and attribution.
- • Deliver polished final files in required formats and resolutions for web, mobile, and advertising platforms.
- • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve video ideation, scripting, and filming processes based on editing insights and audience response.
- • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all video content, from 10-minute podcasts to 15-second TikTok clips.
- • Work autonomously with minimal supervision while proactively communicating progress, challenges, and creative decisions to the marketing team.
- • Participate in regular content reviews and brainstorming sessions to align video output with audience growth targets and marketing KPIs.
