- • Own the end-to-end post-production workflow for Advisory Practice testimonial footage and workshop (L1, L3) captures, turning raw video into polished testimonial ads, VSLs, and marketing assets at high volume.
- • Intake, organize, and triage incoming footage against established ad formats and marketing priorities to maintain a clean, ready-to-publish asset backlog for the AP marketing team.
- • Operate within the AI-augmented short-form editing pipeline as a core component of daily workflow, using AI tools for rough cuts, transcription, sound cleanup, captioning, and clip repurposing to meet throughput targets.
- • Contribute actionable feedback to improve the AI editing pipeline by identifying what workflows are effective and where refinements are needed.
- • Edit all content to direct-response standards: crafting strong hooks, precise pacing, emotional arcs, and clear CTAs that drive program consideration and conversion.
- • Strictly adhere to ACQ Media’s file naming conventions, server workflows, and asset management standards from day one, ensuring consistency across all deliverables.
- • Apply FTC-compliant disclaimer standards to all testimonial content in alignment with internal compliance guidelines, with zero exceptions.
- • Collaborate with the Advisory Practice marketing team on creative direction, ad testing priorities, and revision feedback to align output with campaign goals.
- • Maintain consistent weekly output targets for ad volume, prioritizing velocity without compromising quality or compliance.
- • Proactively communicate project blockers and keep project boards (e.g., Monday.com) updated to prevent delays or missed deliverables.
- • Flex to other Media team content projects when Advisory Practice workload decreases, supporting broader organizational content needs.
- • Ensure all delivered assets are segmented by industry and revenue level, building a scalable, reusable library of testimonial ads for paid media campaigns.
- • Increase measurable creative volume for Advisory Practice paid media within the first 60 days of employment.
- • Maintain 100% compliance on all testimonial content, ensuring legal and regulatory standards are met without exception.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a portfolio including direct-response or performance marketing content (ads, VSLs, testimonials strongly preferred)
- • Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted editing tools and automated workflows in a professional setting — not just familiarity, but active, daily use
- • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects is a plus
- • Experience editing testimonial, interview, or event footage at high volume
- • Working knowledge of direct-response ad structure: hooks, benefit stacking, social proof framing, and CTAs
- • Comfort operating within structured project management systems such as Monday.com or similar
