• • Day to day, the Video Editor will: create short-form and long-form video content from creative briefs and storyboards tailored for social media ads and digital campaigns; design supporting graphic assets including thumbnails, overlays, end cards, and animated captions to maximize viewer retention; apply strong pacing, narrative flow, and visual hierarchy to guide audience attention and enhance message clarity; strictly adhere to brand guidelines while incorporating feedback from creative strategists and producers with precision and timeliness; manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, agile production environment; collaborate closely with cross-functional team members including strategists, producers, and leads to ensure alignment on vision and execution; maintain organized, scalable project file systems and workflows to support version control, asset reuse, and team efficiency.
