• • The Video Editor + Motion Designer role at ThriveCart is critical for creating high-impact, scroll-stopping video content that drives engagement and conversions for digital course creators and online businesses. This role directly supports ThriveCart’s mission to empower entrepreneurs with powerful sales and learning tools by producing compelling AI avatar-led explainers, ads, and social videos that communicate product value clearly and professionally.
• • Day to day, the person will generate custom AI avatar videos using tools like Synthesia, HeyGen, or D-ID; edit short-form content for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn, as well as long-form YouTube-style videos; create motion graphics for product launches and demos; integrate screen recordings and UI footage; produce voice overs using ElevenLabs or similar; add clean, readable on-screen captions; handle sound design including SFX, music beds, and audio leveling; design video thumbnails; and maintain organized file systems with consistent naming and exports.
