• • As a founding Video Editor at Snowball, you will play a key role in shaping YouTube content for some of the biggest brands in the world, crafting stories designed to hold attention, drive retention, and help channels scale through repeatable, high-performing formats.
• • You will edit high-performing long-form YouTube content for clients across established and emerging channels, assemble rough cuts into polished final edits, execute pacing decisions that prioritize clarity and retention, collaborate with producers and strategists to interpret creative briefs, implement feedback quickly, manage multiple projects and deadlines, maintain consistency across episodes and series, ensure assets and exports follow internal standards, support the development of repeatable editing systems, and streamline workflows to keep projects on track.
• • You will join a team of YouTube strategists who have collectively generated over 110 billion views, working alongside talent from iconic brands like WIRED, Vogue, and Mini Katana, under the leadership of founder Ryan Hashemi, who built Jubilee to 14 million subscribers and trained the CEO of MrBeast’s studio.
