If you live and breathe short-form storytelling and have a knack for creating content that stops the scroll, this role is for you. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling video content designed to capture attention, drive significant engagement, and spark meaningful conversations across key social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and XHS.

This involves crafting visually engaging edits with strong, attention-grabbing hooks, dynamic pacing, and a clear narrative flow that keeps viewers invested from start to finish.
• • **Enhancing Viewer Experience:** Your role extends to seamlessly integrating subtitles, dynamic transitions, carefully selected music, and impactful visual effects to significantly enhance the overall viewing experience, boost watch time, and encourage shares.

• • **Creative Collaboration & Ideation:** You will work in close partnership with our Creative, Social Media, and Marketing teams to bring ambitious campaign concepts and the weekly content calendar to life. Your input will be invaluable in brainstorming creative formats, exploring innovative editing styles, and shaping content directions that resonate with current digital trends and audience preferences.
• • **Supporting Production Workflow:** You will provide crucial support to our videographers by refining and repurposing raw footage into polished, final deliverables, ensuring a smooth and efficient production pipeline.
• • **Trend & Platform Mastery:** A critical aspect of this role is staying at the forefront of social media trends, emerging editing styles, and viral content formats across all relevant platforms. You will actively monitor competitor and influencer content to identify best practices, uncover new creative opportunities, and continuously test and refine your editing techniques to drive measurable improvements in engagement metrics.
