- • Video Editor role at Storyby, an entertainment tech business transforming novels into short-form series, where you will create compelling trailers and story-driven content from films to support the platform’s growth as the 'Netflix of romantic stories'.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include editing 6-8 trailers per month, resizing and converting 3-4 films from vertical to horizontal format, re-editing individual film series, producing 1-2 marketing interview-style videos with actors (15-20 mins), preparing content for platform upload and archiving, and working with AI dubbing, video, and sound generation tools.
- • Storyby is part of Skelar AS, a venture builder that launches and scales international product IT companies using venture capital principles, supported by co-founders and internal infrastructure teams in recruiting, finance, legal, and more, with a mission to build winning global tech businesses and support Ukraine’s victory.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in professional video editing, gain hands-on experience with AI-driven media tools, contribute to a fast-growing entertainment tech product, and work within a mission-driven environment that values creativity, self-realization, and impact through the Skelar Foundation’s charitable initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 1 year of experience editing studio-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects
- • Proficiency in graphics and special effects work
- • A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills
- • English language proficiency at B1 level or higher (written)
