  • • As a Video/Motion Designer at CreatorIQ, you will be instrumental in bringing the company's brand narrative to life through compelling and visually captivating content. This role is pivotal in shaping how CreatorIQ communicates its value and engages its audience across a multitude of digital channels, contributing directly to brand awareness, audience engagement, and overall enterprise-level impact. You will be a key player in a mission-driven team focused on transforming the creator economy and making businesses more human.
  • • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of creative and technical tasks. You will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality motion graphics, animated assets, and short-form videos that consistently reinforce CreatorIQ’s brand identity and narrative. A significant part of your work will involve editing various forms of video content, including podcast clips, customer success stories, interviews with creators, highlights from events, and longer-form assets, transforming them into engaging formats optimized for different channels. You will meticulously edit raw footage into brand-aligned video content tailored for social media, websites, paid advertising campaigns, and corporate events, paying close attention to shaping the narrative structure, pacing, and overall tone to effectively meet campaign and brand objectives. Furthermore, you will translate static design elements into dynamic motion graphics, animating infographics, data visualizations, titles, lower thirds, transitions, logos, and user interface or product graphics to enhance visual communication. A crucial aspect of the role involves adapting and resizing content for a diverse array of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube, paid media channels, and presentation slide decks, ensuring compatibility with various aspect ratios including 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5. You will also be tasked with sourcing and integrating licensed music, sound effects, and stock footage to enrich the storytelling within your video projects. Ensuring visual and auditory consistency across all assets, you will perform essential tasks like color correction, basic color grading, and audio balancing. Managing the technical aspects of video production, you will handle asset exports, compression, and adhere to specific delivery specifications for different channels and distribution platforms. To foster efficiency and scalability, you will develop visual systems, templates, and reusable motion toolkits that can be leveraged across the organization for content production.
  • • You will be an integral part of a high-performing, collaborative, and fun team environment. You will report directly to the Director of Content Marketing & Creative, working closely with cross-functional teams including content, brand, communications, demand generation, product marketing, and the creator community. This collaborative ecosystem is designed to produce scroll-stopping content and elevate CreatorIQ's storytelling capabilities.

A key part of your contribution will be providing valuable input on production feasibility, realistic timelines, and the technical requirements necessary for successful video and motion projects. By consistently applying and upholding CreatorIQ’s established brand guidelines across all video and motion work, you will play a critical role in ensuring brand consistency, maintaining a high standard of quality, and reinforcing a modern, impactful visual identity.
