• • We are seeking a talented and passionate Video Producer to join our growing team and bring our compelling stories to life across a variety of digital platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand narrative and engaging our target audiences through dynamic and impactful video content. You will be instrumental in planning, shooting, and editing engaging videos that not only drive results and inspire viewers but also significantly contribute to building and strengthening BJAK's brand presence. This is far more than a technical role; it's an opportunity to lead video projects from their initial conceptualization through to final delivery, crafting content that captivates audiences, resonates with our brand values, and crucially, meets and exceeds key performance indicators (KPIs) for our campaigns.
• • Your responsibilities will span the entire video production lifecycle. You will be tasked with developing innovative video concepts, meticulously crafting storyboards, and writing engaging scripts that form the foundation of our visual narratives. Bringing these ideas to life will involve your expertise behind the camera, ensuring high-quality footage is captured. Post-production is where your editing prowess will shine. You will execute professional editing, including precise color grading, immersive sound design, dynamic motion graphics, and clear subtitles, all aimed at making our content truly stand out and resonate with our audience. Project management is a key aspect of this role; you will be expected to oversee multiple video projects concurrently, meticulously managing deadlines, maintaining unwavering quality standards, and ensuring strict adherence to BJAK's brand guidelines. Collaboration is essential, and you will work closely with our creative, marketing, and social media teams to effectively translate overarching campaign plans into compelling and impactful video content that aligns with our strategic objectives. Furthermore, you will leverage data and analytics to continuously optimize our video content, staying ahead of emerging trends in the digital space and proactively experimenting with new and innovative storytelling approaches to keep our audience engaged. Finally, you will be responsible for organizing and delivering all video assets, maintaining a tidy and accessible archive of footage and related materials, troubleshooting any production-related issues that may arise, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our video production workflows.
