• • We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Content Creator to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in producing world-class video content specifically designed for developers and technical teams within the healthcare sector. While this is a marketing position, it diverges from typical brand marketing. Instead, the focus is on creating clear, accurate, and engaging explanations of complex systems and healthcare billing workflows, often delivered on camera.
• • The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in creating compelling technical video content and demonstrate an exceptional ability to quickly grasp and articulate new technical domains. You will be instrumental in translating intricate healthcare IT concepts into accessible and engaging video formats.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass the entire video production lifecycle. This begins with in-depth research to identify topics of high interest to our customer base. You will actively source ideas from various channels, including customer support requests, sales call insights, product demonstrations, discussions within our Slack community, and direct input from Stedi's internal industry experts. This ensures our content is relevant, timely, and addresses genuine customer needs.
• • A core part of your role will be the creation and publication of technical video content that resonates with our customers and prospects. This will involve producing a diverse range of video formats, including:
• • In-depth product demo videos that showcase the functionality and value of Stedi's platform.
• • Engaging podcast episodes, translated into a video format, to explore industry trends and insights.
• • Dynamic video shorts designed for quick consumption and social media sharing.
• • Content tailored for various social media platforms to expand our reach and engagement.
• • Any other video content formats that you identify as valuable or propose based on your expertise and market understanding.
• • You will be empowered to measure the impact of your video content by analyzing key performance indicators that directly reflect business outcomes. This includes tracking metrics such as inbound leads generated by your videos, engagement rates, and conversion data. This data-driven approach will inform your content strategy, allowing for continuous improvement and optimization of your video production efforts.
• • The role requires a candidate who is comfortable and confident presenting on camera, capable of clearly and engagingly demonstrating technical products. Strong editing skills are essential, enabling you to independently edit and publish professional-looking videos that are both visually appealing and audibly clear.
• • We are looking for a 'builder' who enjoys designing and scaling effective systems. This includes a willingness to experiment with new technologies and tools, such as AI, to enhance productivity and achieve more with fewer resources. A technical aptitude is crucial; you should be comfortable making REST API requests, writing scripts, building demo applications, and utilizing the command line. Previous experience in roles like software development or developer advocacy would be highly beneficial.
• • The ability to work quickly and efficiently is paramount. You should be capable of producing compelling, digestible technical content within a day or less, given access to the necessary tools. Your understanding of customer needs and your ability to translate them into compelling narratives will be key. • • You will own the entire content production process from ideation through to measurement, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing. This end-to-end ownership is critical for success. You will need to respond with urgency, maintain clear communication about your ongoing work, and proactively seek assistance when required.
