• • We are seeking a dynamic and creative Video Producer to join our team and bring our compelling stories to life across a variety of digital platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role is pivotal in shaping BJAK's brand narrative and driving engagement through visually captivating content. You will be instrumental in planning, shooting, and editing engaging videos that not only resonate with our target audiences but also achieve measurable results and inspire action. Your responsibilities will extend far beyond basic recording and editing; you will take ownership of video projects from their initial conceptualization through to final delivery, actively shaping content that captivates audiences and meets critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our campaigns.
• • Your core responsibilities will encompass the entire video production lifecycle. You will be tasked with developing innovative video concepts, crafting detailed storyboards, and writing compelling scripts that effectively communicate our message. Bringing these ideas to life behind the camera will require professional filming techniques to ensure high-quality visual output. Post-production is equally crucial, where you will execute professional editing, including meticulous color grading, immersive sound design, dynamic motion graphics, and clear subtitles, all designed to make the content truly stand out and engage viewers.
• • Project management is a key aspect of this role. You will be expected to oversee multiple video projects concurrently, ensuring that all deadlines are met, quality standards are maintained, and brand guidelines are strictly adhered to. Collaboration is essential; you will work closely with our Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to effectively translate overarching campaign plans into impactful and strategically aligned video content. Furthermore, you will leverage data insights to continuously improve content performance, staying ahead of emerging trends in video storytelling and experimenting with new approaches to captivate and retain audience attention.
• • To ensure a seamless workflow and maintain brand integrity, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining an efficient archive of all footage and related assets. This includes troubleshooting any production-related issues that may arise and ensuring that all workflows operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative eye for visual storytelling, an understanding of effective pacing, and a keen sense for what drives audience engagement. A deep understanding of social media video strategies and audience engagement tactics is paramount. You must be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A portfolio or showreel showcasing your past work is a mandatory requirement for this position, allowing us to assess your skills and creative vision.
