📋 Description

• • As a Video Producer at Bjak Sdn. Bhd., you will tell stories that move people by creating compelling video content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook that drives engagement, inspires audiences, and strengthens the brand’s presence in the digital finance space.
• • You will plan, shoot, and edit video content from concept to delivery, including developing storyboards and scripts, operating cameras and lighting, managing audio, and applying professional editing techniques such as color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitles to produce high-impact videos.
• • You will collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Social teams to align video content with campaign goals, manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain organized asset libraries, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure all work meets brand standards and deadlines.
• • You will use performance data to optimize content, stay ahead of social media trends, experiment with new storytelling formats, and continuously improve video effectiveness while growing your skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on innovation and excellence.
