📋 Description

• The Video Storytelling Lead will build and scale Alpaca Health's video storytelling engine to define how providers, families, partners, and future employees understand the company through authentic, emotionally engaging content.
• Day to day, the role involves identifying and developing compelling stories across stakeholders, owning short-form video strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, producing long-form customer and founder stories, conducting interviews, shaping narratives from raw footage, and collaborating with leadership to evolve the company's narrative.
• Alpaca Health enables clinicians to become entrepreneurs in autism care by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and back-office infrastructure, aiming to shift power in healthcare from large entities back to clinicians, with over $14M in funding and 30% month-over-month growth serving hundreds of patients.
• The person in this role will learn to scale a storytelling function in a high-growth healthcare startup, deepen expertise in both short-form and long-form video production, influence brand perception through authentic narratives, and gain direct exposure to company-building at an early stage with real ownership of critical initiatives.

• Built audiences through storytelling with content people watch, share, and remember
• Equally comfortable behind the camera and in the edit, able to direct interviews, coach talent, and shape narratives
• Deep expertise across short-form and long-form video, including structuring narratives for 30-second clips to founder documentaries
• High standards for creative work with strong instincts for pacing, editing, framing, hooks, and storytelling
• Relentlessly hard-working, willing to travel, film, edit, iterate, and do extra work to create standout content
