- • Serve as the company’s first videographer, owning end-to-end video production including shooting, editing, audio design, and delivery across all formats.
- • Produce high-quality video content for product storytelling, executive thought leadership, event coverage, and social media platforms with a premium, brand-aligned aesthetic.
- • Maintain consistent visual and editorial voice across all video outputs, ensuring cohesive storytelling that reflects FuriosaAI’s brand identity.
- • Manage full audio production lifecycle: recording, mixing, and editing to meet professional standards, prioritizing clarity and impact.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing, product, and communications ideas into compelling video narratives.
- • Help define and scale the company’s media storytelling strategy as a core component of go-to-market and brand-building efforts.
- • Source, brief, and manage external vendors, freelancers, and production crews to support project needs and maintain quality control.
- • Coordinate video production remotely with global teams across multiple time zones to align content schedules and deliverables.
- • Organize, catalog, and maintain an archive of photographs and video assets for reuse by marketing, sales, and product teams.
- • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance production efficiency, reduce manual workload, and innovate content workflows.
- • Work independently with minimal supervision, making creative decisions that align with brand goals and production timelines.
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high standards for craft and storytelling.
- • Travel domestically and internationally as required to capture on-site footage, attend events, or support global team initiatives.
- • Apply basic motion graphics or animation skills (e.g., After Effects) to enhance video content with dynamic visuals when needed.
- • Contribute to building scalable systems for content production that can support the company’s global expansion.
- • Act as a creative lead in shaping how media is used strategically across the organization, with potential to grow into a leadership role.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in videography, video production, or a related media role
- • Expert-level editing skills and fluency with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
- • Strong, diverse portfolio or reel demonstrating clean, intentional storytelling across formats and contexts
- • High bar for audio quality, with proven ability to record, mix, and edit professional-grade sound
- • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and make sound creative decisions with minimal direction
- • Experience managing external vendors, freelancers, or production crews and coordinating end-to-end productions
