📋 Description

• A Videographer role focused on visual storytelling and creating high-quality video content to elevate BJAK’s brand and drive audience engagement across digital platforms.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing creative concepts, planning and executing video shoots, operating camera and audio equipment, editing footage with color grading and sound design, managing media assets, and collaborating with Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to produce cohesive content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing (agency or in-house)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition)
• Skilled in camera operations, lighting techniques, and audio recording
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing a variety of video styles and storytelling approaches
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, video algorithms, and content optimization
