- • The Virtual Customer Care Representative at Lennar Corporation manages and oversees homes under warranty in assigned communities, promoting positive relationships with homeowners and trade partners while ensuring quality service and timely resolution of warranty-related issues.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing trade partner activities, approving invoices up to $1,250, conducting pre- and post-close visits, supervising community conditions, and coordinating with construction, sales, and external partners to maintain customer satisfaction.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in customer relations, trade coordination, community management, and homebuilder operations, gaining valuable experience in warranty oversight, conflict resolution, and field-based customer service within a nationally recognized organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- • Minimum 3 years of experience directing, coordinating, and supervising work, particularly in a customer-facing role with a homebuilder
- • Valid Driver’s License with good driving record and valid auto insurance coverage
- • Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management; ability to read and interpret blueprints
- • Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel); excellent written and verbal communication, follow-up, and time management skills
