📋 Description
- • As a Virtual Front Desk Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients of 4-5 MedSpas, ensuring professional and compassionate handling of all inbound communications to support aesthetic entrepreneurs in focusing on patient care.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include answering phone calls and messages, setting appointments by calling and texting inbound leads via CRM, managing appointment schedules including rescheduling, answering basic operational questions (e.g., location, hours), and escalating complex inquiries to MedSpa owners when needed.
- • Moxie Software Inc. is a remote-first company empowering aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices without burnout, having grown to support over 700 practices nationwide with a mission to unlock sustainable success at every stage of their journey.
