- • Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to sell Solventum products and qualify leads in the post-acute wound healing space.
- • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about Solventum’s wound healing products and services.
- • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate clinical and procedural solutions based on product knowledge.
- • Maintain precise and timely records of all customer interactions within Salesforce.com to support sales pipeline management.
- • Collaborate with field sales teams and internal resources to develop and execute strategies for achieving regional sales targets.
- • Nurture leads and prospects through consistent follow-up to advance relationships and move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- • Close sales transactions and consistently meet daily metrics and monthly sales quotas.
- • Demonstrate proficient clinical, procedural, and technical knowledge of Solventum’s wound healing products to effectively address customer inquiries.
- • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments impacting post-acute wound care.
- • Adhere to all corporate policies, procedures, and security standards while performing job duties.
- • Support sales operations remotely while maintaining high productivity, organizational discipline, and accountability.
- • May be required to travel up to 10% domestically for business-related activities.
- • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements in the performance of sales responsibilities.
- • Operate with integrity and professionalism, representing Solventum in all customer and internal communications.
- • Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to optimize workflow and track performance metrics.
- • Maintain a goal-oriented mindset focused on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 1 year of sales experience, OR Associate Degree AND 3 years of sales experience
- • Previous experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or inside sales
- • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
