  • • As a Virtual Sales Representative at Inizio Medical, you will be at the forefront of engaging healthcare professionals and driving product adoption within assigned territories across primary and specialist care. This remote role is crucial for achieving ambitious sales and activity targets, ensuring all interactions meet the high standards set by Inizio Engage and your Regional Sales Manager.
  • • You will develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of relevant therapeutic areas and specific product portfolios. This knowledge will empower you to conduct detailed, insightful, and persuasive discussions with physicians, specialists, and other key medical professionals, positioning our client's innovative solutions effectively.
  • • This position demands strong account management skills. You will be responsible for strategic account planning, coordinating field resources, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing and post-sale support. Your ability to foster customer education and address promotional needs will be paramount.
  • • Success in this role hinges on your effectiveness both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member. You will need to demonstrate a proactive approach to managing your territory and achieving objectives while also contributing to team goals and sharing best practices.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves establishing a commanding yet disarming phone presence. You will need to create rapport quickly, build trust, and cultivate and maintain productive, long-term business relationships with a diverse range of healthcare stakeholders.
  • • You will be expected to demonstrate strong clinical and technical acumen, enabling you to articulate complex product information and its clinical applications with confidence and clarity. This includes staying abreast of new therapeutic areas and adapting to evolving channels of business and organizational changes.
  • • Leveraging a sophisticated suite of phone and web-based tools, you will expand your connectivity and reach across a broad network of healthcare professionals. This involves identifying, prioritizing, and driving opportunities to create access, influence policy, and implement programs that ultimately drive product demand and market share.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to engage targeted healthcare professionals in in-depth informational and promotional communications, strictly adhering to all policies and procedures set forth by Inizio Engage and our client.
  • • Meticulous data entry is a critical component of this role. You will be required to accurately and completely record details of target interactions, including customer responses, notes, and any subsequent follow-up actions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and client-specific guidelines.
  • • You will profile and manage a targeted list of healthcare professionals, identifying their needs and providing value-added benefits and information to foster product loyalty and growth.
  • • Maintaining high levels of call productivity and meeting key performance metrics are essential. You will manage your daily sales activity to optimize your time, maximize reach, and achieve sales and market share objectives efficiently.
  • • Active listening and the ability to respond appropriately to customer needs and questions are vital. Your goal is to ensure acceptance of, or agreement with, the objectives outlined in each "call plan."
  • • Continuous learning and maintenance of product expertise, including a thorough understanding of competitive products, are expected. You must demonstrate a deep knowledge of the client's products, communicating information clearly, concisely, and accurately using appropriate medical terminology.
  • • Successful completion of the client's comprehensive product training program is mandatory. This includes self-study, testing, potential field work, and classroom or electronic training sessions. Meeting all training expectations is a prerequisite for servicing the client's customers.
  • • Effective and timely communication with your Regional Sales Manager and the Client Account Director is crucial for reporting on project progress and addressing any challenges or successes.
  • • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and professional impression of both Inizio Engage and our client with every interaction.
  • • Executing sales strategies must be done in strict compliance with Federal Healthcare Program requirements, FDA's promotional regulations, and all client policies. This includes safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
