- • The VISTA Operations Manager at Ingenovis Health, Inc. is a player/coach role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, responsible for leading a team in recruiting or delivery functions while maintaining an active personal book of business to drive budget achievement, exceptional customer experience, and operational excellence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing ongoing professional development, coaching, and performance feedback to team members; facilitating weekly one-on-ones using the VISTA Performance Pyramid; partnering with the Director/VP of Operations on team progress and goal achievement; overseeing day-to-day operational performance in activity, sales, service, and quality; providing hands-on support for training, process adherence, problem-solving, and margin management; ensuring consistent use of the "VISTA Way" through accountable processes and systems; identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience; guiding teams through operational challenges using data, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration; managing P&L performance for the team to align with budgeted goals; maintaining personal production expectations by managing an individual recruitment or delivery portfolio; upholding visibility into team performance, coaching for continuous improvement, and celebrating achievements; and offering insights into hiring trends, competitive market data, and pipeline strength to support informed decision-making.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- • 2-5+ years experience in sales, recruiting, healthcare staffing, or a related operations environment.
- • Direct experience in a recruiting or delivery role within staffing strongly preferred.
- • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance and revenue goals.
- • Previous experience leading teams through change and cultural evolution preferred.
