• This freelance Visual Designer - AI Trainer role is critical for bridging human design expertise with artificial intelligence development, enabling AI systems to understand and apply professional visual design reasoning at scale.
• The position offers experienced designers in the EU/UK an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI innovation while maintaining flexibility around existing professional commitments.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs related to visual design, UI assets, branding concepts, and design workflows to ensure technical accuracy and creative validity.
• You will evaluate AI responses against professional design standards, assessing not only aesthetic quality but also logical consistency, usability, and alignment with real-world design processes.
• A core task involves drafting realistic design scenarios drawn from your direct professional experience, capturing nuanced decision-making in areas such as client feedback integration, iterative prototyping, and design handoffs.
• You will create scenario variations from multiple stakeholder perspectives—designer, client, creative director, or product manager—to train AI in understanding diverse viewpoints and conflicting priorities.
• Identifying gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated content is essential; this includes spotting flawed assumptions about design principles, inaccessible color choices, inconsistent typography hierarchies, or impractical layout suggestions.

• Availability to begin work promptly after onboarding, with reliable internet access and a professional workspace conducive to focused review tasks.
