Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end technical vision for all MuleSoft integration projects at VO2 Group, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance integration architectures that power the digital transformation of iconic global brands.
- • Lead a multidisciplinary squad of 4-8 MuleSoft developers and integration specialists, providing day-to-day technical coaching, code-review leadership, and career mentoring to ensure every release meets the highest standards of quality, security, and maintainability.
- • Design and enforce API governance frameworks covering versioning, security policies (OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS), throttling, and documentation standards; ensure compliance with PSD2, GDPR, and sector-specific regulations when exposing or consuming APIs in finance, retail, and luxury verticals.
- • Architect and deliver hybrid-cloud integration patterns that connect on-premise legacy systems, SaaS platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Magento, Workday), and event-driven microservices; leverage Anypoint Platform, CloudHub, RTF, and API-led connectivity to reduce time-to-market by up to 30 %.
- • Drive the industrialisation of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Maven, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Anypoint CLI; automate unit, integration, and performance tests with MUnit, JMeter, and Postman/Newman to achieve >90 % regression coverage and sub-10-minute deployment cycles.
- • Act as the primary technical escalation point during pre-sales, discovery, and critical production incidents; perform root-cause analyses, propose remediation plans, and present post-mortems to C-level stakeholders in both French and English.
- • Establish reusable asset libraries (API specs, RAML fragments, DataWeave modules, custom policies) and promote inner-source practices across the 800-consultant group, cutting duplicate effort and boosting cross-project synergies.
- • Champion a culture of continuous learning by organising weekly tech talks, certification bootcamps, and hackathons; create onboarding playbooks that reduce ramp-up time for new MuleSoft engineers from weeks to days.
- • Collaborate closely with enterprise architects, product owners, and security teams to align integration roadmaps with business OKRs, ensuring every API delivered contributes measurable value (revenue uplift, cost reduction, customer NPS).
- • Monitor production KPIs (API latency, error rate, throughput) via Anypoint Monitoring, ELK, and Grafana; proactively tune JVM parameters, connection pools, and caching strategies to guarantee 99.9 % availability SLAs.
- • Contribute to VO2 Group’s thought-leadership content—whitepapers, meetups, webinars—showcasing advanced MuleSoft patterns like event mesh, API-led B2B, and responsible AI-driven integrations, reinforcing our position as a Salesforce Impact Partner 2024.
