- • As a Vocational Specialist at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will play a vital role in helping individuals with occupational and non-occupational injuries and disabilities return to meaningful work, directly supporting their recovery and independence through tailored vocational services.
- • Day to day, you will obtain and analyze medical and return-to-work information, conduct job analyses, develop job opportunities with employers, create job offer letters and program agreements, and deliver services virtually, telephonically, or in hybrid formats while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.

🎯 Requirements
- • Active Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) license
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- • Four (4) years’ experience in job placement and development for individuals with occupational and/or non-occupational injuries or disabilities
- • Minimum of 1 year of experience with vocational evaluations or counseling
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills
- • PC literacy including Microsoft Office products
- • Ability to work independently and off-site
- • Ability to utilize proprietary software for virtual service delivery
