- • Lilt Production is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Russian Voice Coach to join our innovative team for an exciting, data-driven project. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of voice data for Artificial Intelligence (AI) training. Your expertise will directly contribute to advancing Lilt's mission of making the world's information accessible to everyone, regardless of the language they speak. This is a remote, freelance contractor position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology from anywhere in the UK.
- • As a Russian Voice Coach, you will act as a critical quality assurance and guidance resource during voice recording sessions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide real-time feedback and direction to voice talents, ensuring their recordings meet stringent quality standards essential for AI model development. This involves meticulous attention to detail, a deep understanding of phonetics, pronunciation, and vocal performance, and the ability to communicate constructive criticism effectively.
- • Your day-to-day activities will include:
- • Providing expert guidance to voice talents during recording sessions, whether conducted in a studio or remotely.
- • Acting as a "second pair of ears" to meticulously monitor and evaluate the quality of recorded audio.
- • Ensuring consistency in rhythm, tempo, and pacing throughout the recordings to maintain a natural and coherent flow.
- • Controlling and stabilizing pitch and amplitude to achieve optimal vocal performance for AI data.
- • Verifying and ensuring correct diction, articulation, and pronunciation in the Russian language, adhering to specific project requirements.
- • Maintaining a consistent quality across all recordings, identifying and rectifying any deviations from the desired standards.
- • Offering constructive feedback and coaching to voice talents to help them achieve the required performance levels.
- • Collaborating with the production team to understand project goals and adapt coaching strategies accordingly.
- • Documenting observations and providing detailed reports on recording quality and talent performance.
- • Participating in ongoing attendance during scheduled recording hours, demonstrating commitment and reliability.
- • Contributing to the development and refinement of coaching methodologies for voice data collection.
- • Ensuring that the coaching structure and feedback provided align with the overall project objectives and quote specifications.

🎯 Requirements
- • Professional voice coach or language expert with a strong background in Russian phonetics, pronunciation, and vocal performance.
- • Near-native or native proficiency in English, in addition to Russian, for effective communication with the production team and voice talents.
- • Availability for ongoing attendance during scheduled recording hours.
- • Experience in providing real-time feedback and coaching to voice talents to ensure consistent quality, stable rhythm and tempo, controlled pitch and amplitude, and correct diction and articulation.
- • Ability to act as "second ears" during recording sessions, meticulously monitoring audio quality.
- • Familiarity with or willingness to learn about AI data training requirements for voice.
