• • As a Voice of Customer (VoC) Analyst at Plaud AI Inc., you will play a critical role in transforming customer feedback into actionable insights that directly influence product development and user experience for a globally trusted AI work companion used by over 1.5 million professionals.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring global customer feedback channels such as app reviews, support tickets, and social media; applying and maintaining a consistent VoC taxonomy; triaging issues using SLA-driven escalation rules; producing stakeholder-ready reports like weekly digests and emerging issue alerts; and leveraging AI tools to enhance tagging, summarization, and trend detection while ensuring data quality and compliance.
