- • Own the entire growth marketing engine for Employ’s three ATS brands—Jobvite, Lever, and JazzHR—plus our new AI Companions, translating ambitious revenue targets into an actionable, data-driven growth roadmap.
- • Architect and execute multi-channel demand-generation programs (paid search, paid social, ABM, lifecycle email, SEO, content syndication, webinars, events) that consistently deliver qualified pipeline and measurable ARR impact across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
- • Build and continuously optimize a rigorous experimentation framework—hypothesis setting, test design, statistical analysis, and rapid iteration—to improve CAC, LTV, funnel velocity, and channel ROI quarter over quarter.
- • Partner hand-in-hand with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to design full-funnel go-to-market motions, ensuring message-market fit, seamless lead hand-offs, and closed-loop feedback that sharpens targeting and accelerates deal cycles.
- • Translate complex data into executive-level insights; build dashboards and narrative reports that inform C-suite investment decisions, budget re-allocation, and long-term strategic planning.
- • Steward an eight-figure annual budget and a high-performing team of managers, specialists, agencies, and contractors; set clear KPIs, coach for excellence, and remove blockers so every dollar and every hour drives outsized impact.
- • Elevate Employ’s brand presence in the crowded talent-acquisition space by orchestrating integrated campaigns that showcase customer success stories, thought-leadership content, and product innovation, ultimately increasing share-of-voice and category ownership.
- • Establish scalable systems, processes, and playbooks—from lead scoring models to attribution methodologies—that enable the marketing org to 3× output without 3× headcount as the company scales beyond 23,000 global customers.
- • Champion a customer-centric mindset across the team; mine win/loss interviews, product usage data, and market research to surface unmet needs and craft campaigns that resonate deeply with recruiters, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
- • Serve as a culture carrier for Employ’s remote-first, people-first ethos—modeling transparency, accountability, and bias for action while mentoring the next generation of marketing leaders within the organization.
