- • The VP, Interventional Solutions USCAN owns the product, clinical, and commercial strategy and P&L delivery across the USCAN market, ensuring a unified regional Interventional strategy that supports GEHC customers and employees through commercial excellence, customer experience, and employee development.
- • Day to day, the role manages marketing, commercial, and clinical interventional teams; leads segmentation and product specialization strategy; drives win rate and share gain; develops value propositions and promotional strategies; defines sales strategy for the Interventional portfolio; collaborates with product and region teams on go-to-market execution; reviews portfolio performance; leads NPI activation prioritization; partners with Specialty Channels for Federal and Government Accounts; oversees product training for sales/agency teams; and fosters leadership, culture, and talent development.
- • The role is part of the global interventional leadership team and USCAN Imaging leadership team, partnering with Region Vice Presidents, the Interventional Solutions segment, and the CEO to drive customer satisfaction and business growth within GE HealthCare Technologies Inc., a leader in medical technology and digital solutions.
- • The person will achieve strategic impact on regional P&L, influence product roadmap through market and customer insights, develop leadership capabilities in a matrixed global organization, and drive innovation in interventional solutions while building cross-functional expertise and executive presence.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS Degree
- • 8+ years of successful sales/marketing/product leadership experience
- • 4+ years of successful senior level sales management, product, and/or general management experience
- • Strong technical competency and understanding of GEHC Product Portfolio
- • Healthcare/MedTech Industry experience
- • Strong management skills and capability to develop talents
