📋 Description

  • Lead strategic marketing and communications initiatives across all audiences including families, payers, investors, employers, policymakers, and talent to build and protect the Nest Health brand.
  • Own and evolve Nest’s visual identity, brand voice, and persona across digital, print, and public-facing channels to ensure consistency from social media posts to investor decks.
  • Oversee website strategy, SEO management, and organic digital growth to enhance brand credibility and engagement.
  • Develop and execute social media content and engagement strategies that amplify Nest’s mission and drive audience growth.
  • Lead corporate and executive communications including CEO communications, media relations, op-eds, podcasts, speaking engagements, and press strategy for major company milestones.
  • Manage investor and fundraising messaging, investor-facing brand materials, and sales enablement assets such as decks, one-pagers, and co-branded collateral for payers.
  • Directly manage the Director of National Outreach and the broader outreach team, including National and Local Market Outreach Specialists, to drive scalable family engagement, activation, and enrollment.
  • Own outreach strategy, organizational design, operational workflows, tooling, vendor partnerships, and performance metrics to meet monthly outreach and engagement targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Clinical Ops, Marketing, and Market Leaders to optimize outreach effectiveness and member conversion.
  • Oversee outreach messaging frameworks, scripting standards, and communication best practices in alignment with marketing strategy.
  • Lead patient and family-facing marketing initiatives across digital channels, lifecycle campaigns (SMS, email, mail), and member engagement touchpoints.
  • Provide strategic oversight to a Marketing Manager responsible for day-to-day execution of patient and family marketing programs.
  • Translate Nest’s clinical services and care model into clear, outcome-driven, family-centered messaging for patient and payer audiences.
  • Partner with Clinical, Product, and Growth leaders to develop go-to-market narratives for new services and programs.
  • Package clinical outcomes and interventions into compelling stories for payer, investor, and employer storytelling.
  • Ensure alignment between patient-facing, payer-facing, investor-facing, employer-facing, and public communications as Nest scales into new markets.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across marketing, communications, brand, and outreach functions.
  • Manage creative freelancers, agency partners, and cross-functional contributors to deliver on brand and campaign objectives.
  • Define departmental OKRs and track progress against them in collaboration with functional leaders across Clinical Ops, Product, Data, Finance, and People Operations.
  • Plan and advocate for future hiring across design, content, outreach, and digital roles to support organizational growth.
  • Serve as Nest’s senior-most steward of brand narrative, communications strategy, and mission-driven storytelling across all audiences.
  • Use performance data to inform and optimize marketing, outreach, and engagement decisions.
  • Maintain deep alignment with Nest’s mission to advance health equity for Medicaid populations.
