- • Own and drive the full marketing strategy — digital, brand, content, and campaigns — for London and regional markets in Southeast Asia.
- • Lead and coordinate cross-channel marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, and other platforms.
- • Plan and execute performance marketing initiatives with clear KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- • Build and lead the content marketing engine, producing blogs, video scripts, landing pages, and campaign messaging.
- • Shape and evolve the BJAK brand voice and positioning across all digital and communication platforms.
- • Manage creative production with internal teams and external agencies or freelancers for video, static, and copy content.
- • Analyze market trends and campaign data to generate actionable insights and drive strategic improvements.
- • Collaborate closely with product, design, sales, and data teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- • Own the marketing calendar, budget allocation, and resource planning, making decisions based on ROI and performance metrics.
- • Support go-to-market (GTM) efforts for new products and features, ensuring coordinated launch execution.
- • Lead and mentor marketing teams, fostering a culture of ownership, speed, and accountability.
- • Work in a high-performance, flat organization where all members are expected to be hands-on and contribute directly to the company’s mission.
- • Operate with autonomy and clear accountability, prioritizing outcomes over process or hierarchy.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities, optimize campaigns in real time, and respond to market feedback with agility.
- • Contribute to brand awareness and user acquisition efforts that impact millions of users across Southeast Asia.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4–7 years of experience in marketing with exposure to both strategic planning and execution
- • Proven track record in performance marketing, digital strategy, and cross-functional campaign leadership
- • Strong understanding of paid media (Facebook, Google, TikTok), SEO, content marketing, and CRM
- • Ability to lead creative production across digital formats — video, static, and copywriting
- • Strong data literacy — ability to analyze results and translate them into clear decisions
- • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external vendors
