đź“‹ Description
- • As VP of Engineering at Neural Concept SA, you will lead the engineering organization in turning product vision into reliable software delivery, ensuring scalable execution of an ambitious AI-driven technology roadmap while fostering a high-performing, sustainable engineering culture.
- • You will own end-to-end engineering execution by translating product and technical strategy into realistic plans, managing risks proactively, ensuring predictable high-quality delivery, and driving operational excellence across product and platform initiatives.
- • You will structure and evolve the engineering organization by designing team structures, clarifying ownership boundaries, building and coaching engineering managers and tech leads, and adapting collaboration models to support company growth without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
- • You will build and refine modern engineering processes by establishing lightweight, scalable development practices, leveraging AI to amplify team impact, defining meaningful engineering metrics, and ensuring technical quality, reliability, and security through pragmatic approaches to technical debt, testing, and operational excellence.
- • You will partner closely with the CTO, Product, Research, Deployment, and GTM teams to uphold architectural principles, represent engineering in cross-functional and customer-facing discussions, and provide clear insights on execution risks, org health, and delivery confidence.
- • You will grow as a technical and organizational leader by shaping the future of AI-assisted engineering at scale, mentoring senior leaders, influencing company-wide technical strategy, and making a measurable impact on how engineering drives innovation in sustainable design.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience scaling software engineering organizations from early stage to 50+ engineers, including managing managers and tech leads in fast-growing, low-process environments.
- • Strong technical credibility with broad understanding of modern software architecture, infrastructure, security, and AI/data-intensive systems, enabling deep engagement with engineers on design, trade-offs, and reliability.
- • Demonstrated product mindset and pragmatism — ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term sustainability with user-first thinking and calm decision-making under pressure.
- • People-first leadership approach with high empathy, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of growing talent, building healthy teams, and inspiring confidence in high-uncertainty environments.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Work with a world-class technology team of top-tier engineers in a collaborative, multicultural environment where excellence is expected and knowledge is freely shared.
- • Competitive salary and rewarding growth opportunities as Neural Concept continues to scale globally.
- • Hybrid work model with flexible hours — focused on outcomes, not rigid schedules — supporting work-life balance and personal well-being.
- • Opportunity to make a global impact by enabling customers to adopt AI-assisted design, accelerating innovation in smarter, more sustainable ways.
- • Professional development alongside talented colleagues who support continuous learning and mutual growth in a high-trust, inclusive culture.
