• • As VP of Marketing at Vapi Technologies Inc., you will own the full go-to-market narrative and growth engine to scale the company from early traction (600K+ developers) to category leadership in voice AI, directly partnering with founders to define the category and translate technical depth into market impact.
• • Day to day, you will build deep product and developer motion understanding, audit marketing channels and attribution systems, align on positioning and priorities, establish marketing operating cadence (OKRs, pipeline reviews), refine messaging for developer and enterprise audiences, scale high-impact growth channels (content, SEO, developer engagement), launch a cohesive marketing engine spanning developer growth, product marketing, and demand generation, and deliver measurable impact on developer activation and enterprise pipeline generation.
• • Vapi is a high-growth voice AI platform creating the shift to voice as humanity’s default interface, with over 700k developers and 2,000+ added daily, backed by YC, KP Seed, and Bessemer Series A, and built on an ownership culture where 70% of the company are previous founders.
• • In this role, you will sharpen positioning, balance PLG and enterprise GTM motions, translate complex technical systems into compelling narratives, operate at a VP/CMO level with strong ownership and bias for action, and drive measurable growth in a lean, high-growth environment while gaining deep expertise in voice AI and real-time systems.
