- • As the VP of Underwriting (Non-Agency) at CrossCountry Mortgage, you will lead and support the underwriting department in maintaining service level agreements while managing complex loan scenarios and team performance.
- • Day to day responsibilities include underwriting conventional and government loans (FHA, VA), performing second-level reviews, managing underwriting pipeline productivity, mentoring staff, and communicating escalations with branches and operations teams.
- • CrossCountry Mortgage is the nation’s number one distributed retail mortgage lender with over 7,000 employees, 700+ branches, and a recognized culture of entrepreneurship, transparency, and employee growth, having appeared ten times on the Inc. 5000 list.
