📋 Description

• • As the VP of Underwriting (Non-Agency) at CrossCountry Mortgage, you will lead and support the underwriting department in maintaining service level agreements while managing complex loan scenarios and team performance.
• • Day to day responsibilities include underwriting conventional and government loans (FHA, VA), performing second-level reviews, managing underwriting pipeline productivity, mentoring staff, and communicating escalations with branches and operations teams.
