📋 Description

• As the first Learning & Development hire at Mistral AI, you will establish the learning culture and capabilities to support organizational growth by building and managing the L&D function from the ground up.
• Day to day, you will define and execute the L&D strategy aligned with business objectives, identify skill gaps, design and deliver training programs for onboarding and upskilling, partner with department heads and HR to understand learning needs, and lead the selection, configuration, and deployment of a Learning Management System.
• Mistral AI is a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society, with a distributed workforce across France, USA, UK, Germany, and Singapore, committed to democratizing AI through high-performance, open-source models and products like le Chat.
• In this role, you will learn to shape organizational learning at a pioneering AI company, achieve impact by creating scalable learning paths and measuring L&D program effectiveness, and develop expertise in aligning talent development with business strategy in a fast-growing tech environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs for onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling
• Ability to identify skill gaps and establish metrics/KPIs to measure L&D impact on business performance
• Experience selecting, configuring, and deploying a Learning Management System (LMS) and integrating it with HR and IT systems
• Experience collaborating with department heads, People managers, and HR Business Partners to align L&D with talent management
• Experience curating external content and partnerships to supplement internal learning offerings
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills to drive user adoption of learning initiatives
