- • Own the end-to-end product marketing strategy and positioning for Assured’s Agentic Claims Orchestration platform, defining how Assured competes against internal AI builds, legacy core systems, and emerging entrants in the P&C insurance claims space.
- • Translate complex AI, agent-based, and platform capabilities into clear, credible, business-outcome language that resonates with Chief Claims Officers (CCOs) and Chief AI Officers (CAIOs), turning technical features into trusted value propositions.
- • Build and own the messaging architecture that informs all marketing, sales, and product materials, ensuring consistency and clarity across every customer-facing artifact.
- • Design and execute the Land GTM narrative focused on winning the "Build vs. Buy with AI" argument with enterprise insurers, creating CCO-grade pitches, analyst-grade category POV, and field-grade objection libraries that drive competitive deal wins.
- • Develop and lead the Expand GTM playbook to increase claim-share and process penetration within existing accounts, turning initial beachhead deployments into full-platform adoptions across the claims lifecycle.
- • Define and optimize product packaging, pricing, and value positioning to align with enterprise buyer expectations and maximize revenue potential across the product portfolio.
- • Hire, develop, and lead a small, senior, AI-first product marketing team, setting high standards for quality, speed, and impact across all deliverables.
- • Partner daily with Sales to enable deal execution—co-piloting critical customer meetings, deconstructing sales decks against live opportunities, and providing field teams with actionable guidance that moves pipeline.
- • Collaborate closely with Product leadership to shape the "better together" AI roadmap, ensuring product development aligns with market needs and GTM strategy.
- • Elevate all marketing artifacts by integrating evolved positioning with Brand & Design teams to ensure visual and narrative systems reinforce each other across all external communications.
- • Establish Assured as the recognized operating model for AI-driven claims processing, defining the category rather than merely participating in it.
- • Serve as the primary internal anchor for GTM enablement, ensuring Sales, Product, and Leadership are aligned on messaging, positioning, and market narrative.
- • Maintain a builder’s mindset: comfortable creating processes, playbooks, and systems from scratch in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment with minimal legacy infrastructure.
- • Drive high ownership across all responsibilities—balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from crafting executive messaging to refining sales collateral.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years in product marketing with senior leadership experience and a track record of defining category-level positioning in a technical, AI-driven domain
- • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, credible language that resonates with senior, non-technical executive buyers (e.g., CCOs, CIOs, CAIOs)
- • Proven experience selling into or marketing to enterprise buyers in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
- • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills—ability to distill complexity into clarity for any audience and confidently engage with C-suite executives
- • A builder’s mindset: comfortable creating GTM playbooks, messaging frameworks, and systems from scratch in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
- • Proven people leadership experience: ability to hire, develop, and motivate a small, senior team to deliver high-impact results
