• • As VP of Professional Services at Nue, Inc., you will lead and scale the global services organization, owning end-to-end delivery to ensure successful customer implementations while driving revenue, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• • You will build and execute the vision and strategy for Professional Services aligned to company growth goals, lead and mentor a high-performing global team of Solutions Architects, Implementation Consultants, and Engagement Managers, and establish services as a strategic revenue driver while improving margins and efficiency.
• • Nue, Inc. is a high-growth SaaS company focused on CPQ and Billing solutions, where you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver high-impact outcomes for enterprise customers and influence product roadmap based on delivery insights.
• • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in CPQ and Billing systems, leverage AI and automation to scale delivery operations, and achieve measurable impact on utilization, gross margin, delivery timelines, CSAT, and NPS, while shaping a critical function with executive visibility and board-level influence.
