  • • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Revenue Operations infrastructure across two high-growth businesses: Wishbone and Shepherd, each with distinct GTM motions, CRMs, and operational systems.
  • • Architect scalable operational frameworks that align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, and Data teams around unified metrics, reporting standards, and growth priorities.
  • • Own CRM strategy and governance across two separate revenue ecosystems, evaluating and implementing opportunities to standardize lead flows, data integrity, and workflow automation.
  • • Build and maintain reliable forecasting models for multiple revenue streams, ensuring a single source of truth for pipeline, conversion, retention, expansion, and partner performance metrics.
  • • Develop and manage executive dashboards and operational reporting tools that improve trust, visibility, and decision-making across leadership teams.
  • • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to optimize the full customer lifecycle—from lead generation through onboarding, retention, and expansion—ensuring alignment across acquisition, account management, and partner success workflows.
  • • Define and enforce consistent definitions for key revenue metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and revenue efficiency across all revenue-facing functions.
  • • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Revenue Operations team, establishing operating cadences, accountability structures, and execution rigor.
  • • Create documentation, training programs, and enablement processes to support organizational scale and ensure consistent adoption of RevOps standards.
  • • Foster a culture of analytical thinking, continuous improvement, and data-driven execution across all revenue functions.
  • • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, translating operational insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth and efficiency.
  • • Navigate complex cross-functional dynamics between two businesses with overlapping stakeholders, leadership teams, and interconnected customer journeys.
  • • Identify and eliminate operational friction points in GTM workflows, improving speed, accuracy, and scalability of revenue processes.
  • • Ensure all revenue systems and processes are designed to support sustained annual growth exceeding 35%.
  • • Maintain deep alignment between financial planning, sales execution, and customer success outcomes to maximize revenue efficiency and predictability.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or related leadership roles
  • • Experience supporting high-growth SaaS, marketplace, or multi-business organizations
  • • Strong experience managing CRM ecosystems, reporting infrastructure, forecasting, and GTM processes
  • • Deep understanding of marketing, sales, customer success, and partnership funnels
  • • Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders across different business units and priorities
  • • Experience building scalable operational systems in fast-moving environments
