  • • As VP of Revenue Operations at Garner Health, you will play a critical role in scaling the company’s commercial engine by designing and owning the operational infrastructure that supports complex broker-led and direct sales motions, ensuring the Sales and Client Management teams are set up for success in a high-growth, mission-driven healthcare technology environment.
  • • Day to day, you will lead forecasting and capacity modeling for the entire commercial engine, own and evolve day-to-day workflows across the full customer lifecycle, establish the 'source of truth' for core revenue metrics (including NRR), and drive adoption of systems and processes to ensure consistent, high-bar execution.
  • • You will join a fast-growing healthcare technology company headquartered in NYC but operating remotely, trusted by sophisticated employers and providers, and committed to transforming the healthcare economy through data-driven incentives and high-quality, affordable care.
  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of revenue operations, build and mentor world-class teams, lead continuous professional development initiatives, and innovate the tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo) to track complex channel attribution and renewal lifecycles, all while contributing to a mission that improves patient outcomes and healthcare affordability at scale.
