- • Lead Fidelity’s Stock Plan Services sales pursuits with mid-market public companies across the central third of the United States.
- • Drive growth in equity administration services by managing team-based sales initiatives targeting public companies.
- • Strategize and deliver compelling demonstrations of Fidelity’s stock plan administration capabilities to prospective clients.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality client and associate experiences.
- • Serve as a visible and credible industry expert, enhancing Fidelity’s reputation in equity compensation administration.
- • Mentor and elevate the sales skills of team members through hands-on guidance and process improvement initiatives.
- • Optimize team sales processes to increase efficiency, pipeline conversion, and client retention.
- • Build and maintain relationships within the pre-IPO company ecosystem, including startups, venture-backed firms, and their advisors.
- • Leverage strong analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills to identify client needs and tailor solutions.
- • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills in client presentations, proposals, and internal alignment meetings.
- • Maintain high emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in developing relationships with clients and colleagues.
- • Exhibit self-awareness and a consistent history of personal and professional growth.
- • Operate with strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- • Align sales strategies with Fidelity’s broader enterprise goals by partnering with other divisions within Workplace Investing.
- • Represent Fidelity Stock Plan Services, which administers equity plans for over 750 clients and 2.7 million participants across 198 countries, including 150 S&P 500 companies.
- • Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable securities laws, including the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Investment Advisers Act of 1940, ERISA, and FINRA regulations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 years of institutional (B2B) sales experience
- • Valid FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses
- • Proven track record of sales success in financial services or equity compensation
- • Experience working with pre-IPO companies and their ecosystems
- • Demonstrated effective sales process and pipeline management
- • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
