- • Execute precise order fulfillment by picking customer essentials quickly and accurately to meet delivery deadlines at the Bermondsey (SE16) warehouse site.
- • Maintain product integrity by ensuring all received and dispatched goods meet high standards for freshness and quality, particularly for grocery and FMCG items.
- • Facilitate seamless logistics by communicating clearly and promptly with delivery riders to ensure accurate and timely order handovers.
- • Support daily inventory management by assisting with the intake, sorting, and storage of stock deliveries, and maintaining accurate stock records.
- • Champion site safety and operational standards by keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety protocols.
- • Work within a shift-based schedule of 15 hours per week, adapting to varying start and end times to support site operations.
- • Collaborate closely with site management and fellow warehouse team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- • Demonstrate a customer-first mindset by understanding that speed, accuracy, and attention to detail directly impact the end-user experience.
- • Adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining focus and precision.
