- • Fulfill customer orders with precision by picking grocery and food items quickly and accurately to meet strict delivery deadlines at the Vauxhall (E11) warehouse site.
- • Maintain product integrity by inspecting all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure freshness, quality, and compliance with Deliveroo’s standards for HOP (rapid grocery delivery) operations.
- • Coordinate seamless handovers of orders to delivery riders through clear, timely communication to uphold service speed and reliability.
- • Support daily inventory management by receiving, scanning, and organizing stock deliveries, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal waste or misplacement.
- • Uphold site safety and operational standards by keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards to protect team members and product quality.
- • Work within a shift-based schedule of 15 hours per week, adapting to varying start and end times to support peak operational periods.
- • Collaborate closely with site managers and fellow warehouse associates to resolve on-the-spot logistical issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- • Demonstrate a customer-first mindset by recognizing that your accuracy and speed directly influence the end-user experience and trust in the Deliveroo service.
- • Contribute to a culture of ownership and resilience by proactively identifying and solving problems as they arise in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- • Participate in a structured onboarding and development pathway that offers opportunities to grow into leadership or management roles within Site Operations.
- • Operate within a team-driven environment that values collaboration, accountability, and mutual support across all levels of site operations.
- • Engage with systems and processes that are part of Deliveroo’s global network, which now includes integration with DoorDash and Wolt teams.
