📋 Description

• Execute precise order fulfillment by picking customer essentials quickly and accurately to meet delivery deadlines at the Hoxton (E2) warehouse site.
• Maintain product integrity by ensuring all received and dispatched goods meet high standards for freshness and quality, particularly for grocery and FMCG items.
• Facilitate seamless logistics by communicating clearly and promptly with delivery riders to ensure accurate and timely order handovers.
• Support daily inventory management by assisting with the intake, sorting, and storage of stock deliveries, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal waste.
• Champion site safety and operational standards by maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment for the entire team.
• Work within a shift-based schedule of 15 hours per week, adapting to varying start and end times to support peak operational periods.
• Collaborate closely with site management and fellow warehouse associates to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Demonstrate a customer-first mindset by understanding that speed, accuracy, and attention to detail directly impact the end-user experience.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while remaining focused on task accuracy and efficiency throughout shifts.
• Proactively identify and solve problems as they arise on-site, from stock discrepancies to equipment issues, without waiting for direction.
• Uphold company standards for hygiene, labeling, and storage protocols to ensure compliance with food safety and warehouse best practices.
• Contribute to a culture of ownership, resilience, and teamwork by supporting colleagues and embracing shared goals in a dynamic operational setting.
• Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing training to develop skills in inventory control, safety procedures, and operational workflows.
• Engage with the Site Operations team’s mission to redefine how food and groceries reach customers through efficient, reliable, and scalable logistics.
• Work onsite at the Hoxton (E2) warehouse location, with no remote work option available.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment with strong focus under pressure
• Strong attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory management
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with riders, managers, and team members
• Proactive, hands-on mentality with a drive to solve on-site problems independently
• Customer-first mindset, understanding the direct impact of warehouse performance on user experience
• Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or warehouse environments is valued but not required
