📋 Description

• As a Web Designer at SEON Technologies Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of the company’s marketing website, directly influencing how the brand communicates its value in fraud prevention and AML compliance to a global audience. Your work will support SEON’s mission to help businesses reduce fraud by up to 95% and achieve exceptional ROI by creating compelling, conversion-focused digital experiences that resonate with enterprise clients and drive engagement.
• You will own the end-to-end design of marketing web pages, translating campaign goals and brand strategy into visually striking, user-centered designs that balance aesthetics with performance, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces SEON’s position as a leader in real-time fraud detection and compliance solutions.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing landing pages, campaign experiences, and core website pages using Figma, creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that clearly communicate design intent and support rapid iteration based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
• You will collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented with pixel-perfect accuracy and technical feasibility, bridging the gap between creative vision and functional execution while maintaining consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• You will contribute to the evolution of SEON’s website design system and component library, establishing reusable patterns and guidelines that promote visual harmony, scalability, and efficiency across marketing initiatives and future product updates.
• Partnering with demand generation, content, and marketing teams, you will help translate marketing objectives into effective digital experiences, occasionally supporting broader needs such as campaign visuals, email assets, or social media graphics in alignment with brand guidelines.
• By leveraging performance insights, user feedback, and A/B testing principles (where applicable), you will continuously iterate on designs to improve conversion rates, engagement metrics, and overall website effectiveness, turning data into design decisions that drive measurable business impact.
• You will uphold the highest standards of visual quality, ensuring all web experiences are accessible, responsive, and optimized for diverse devices and user needs, reflecting SEON’s commitment to excellence and inclusivity in design.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual web design
• Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, and hierarchy
• Solid understanding of web usability, responsive design, and accessibility principles
• Experience designing marketing websites, landing pages, or campaign-driven web content
• Experience working with design systems or component libraries
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to varying levels of complexity
