📋 Description

• As a voize Coach, you will be responsible for training and supporting Pflegeteams in your region on how to use voize, a digital platform that simplifies their workday.
• You will work directly with Pflegekräfte, explaining the benefits and features of voize in a clear and concise manner.
• Your goal is to help Pflegeteams adopt voize as a part of their daily routine, making it an integral part of their work.
• You will also provide feedback to the voize team on how to improve the platform and its features.
• As a voize Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with over 2,000 Einrichtungen and more than 200,000 Nutzer:innen, making a real impact on the lives of Pflegekräfte.
• You will be part of a dynamic and growing company that is committed to revolutionizing the way Pflegekräfte work.
• You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in digital Pflege, KI, and modern documentation.

• As a voize Coach, you will have the flexibility to work on your own schedule, with paid, flexible Einsätze that can be tailored to your needs.
• You will have access to a structured Coach-Training & Zertifizierung program, which will prepare you to work with Pflegeteams and provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.
• You will be part of a network of certified trainers who are dedicated to helping Pflegeteams adopt voize.
• You will have the opportunity to advance your career as a Senior Coach, and potentially move into roles such as Training, Customer Success, or Ops.
