- • As a WFA Client Services Manager at Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc., you will manage accounts for multiple client service programs or single large national programs, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management and process consistency.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing client renewals and preparing Client Service Instructions, coordinating pricing and location coding, preparing stewardship reports, managing client invoicing and accounts receivable follow-up, educating clients on loss data drivers, acting as the primary client contact to improve satisfaction, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and coordinating client contracts.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- • Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination, including three (3) years as an Account Representative OR five (5) years adjuster experience with one (1) year in a supervisory capacity
- • Strong understanding of workers compensation, liability, and/or disability claims management
- • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
- • Ability to handle conflict and confront challenging issues in a fast-paced work environment
- • Credit security clearance confirmed via background credit check
