  • • Lavendo is a specialist go-to-market recruiting firm that partners with startups and high-growth companies to hire top-tier sales, GTM, and technical talent.
  • • This role is a Wildcard Application — you are not applying for a specific open position, but rather expressing interest in being considered for future opportunities across Lavendo’s client portfolio.
  • • Lavendo’s clients are primarily Seed–Series C startups building AI-native, SaaS, and data-driven products in sectors including infrastructure, developer tools, security, and vertical software.
  • • The Wildcard Application allows you to stay on Lavendo’s radar for upcoming searches in sales, GTM, and technical roles even when no exact match is currently listed.
  • • Lavendo regularly fills roles in Sales & GTM, including SDR/BDR, AE/AM, Enterprise AE, Founding AE/first sales hire, Sales Manager/Director, Head of Sales, VP Sales, and Revenue/Growth positions.
  • • They also recruit for Solutions, Pre-Sales & GTM-Technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Product Specialist, and GTM-oriented Technical Product Managers.
  • • Operations, BizOps & Chief of Staff roles are frequently filled, including Chief of Staff, Business Operations, RevOps/Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, and founder-support or special projects roles.
  • • Technical & GTM-Adjacent roles include Founding Engineer/CTO, Product Manager/Technical Product Manager, and data and backend engineering roles focused on security, privacy, or infrastructure.
  • • Candidates should have meaningful experience in sales, GTM, or technical functions at B2B or B2B2C companies.
  • • Ideal candidates are interested in joining early-stage startups and are aligned with companies building AI-native, SaaS, or data-centric products.
