Windchill Developer (Mid-Level)

• • Role Overview: We’re seeking a mid-level Windchill Developer to accelerate our PLM roadmap and deliver high-impact enhancements across engineering and operations. You’ll own the design, development, and deployment of Windchill customizations and integrations, translating business requirements into scalable, supportable solutions. This role is ideal for a hands-on builder who thrives in fast-paced environments, partners cross-functionally, and ships value with rigor.
• • What the person will do day to day: Partner with Product Owners and BSAs to decompose epics into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria; implement features, write unit/integration tests, and participate in peer reviews; drive RCA with telemetry; support release cutovers, smoke testing, and hyper care with crisp communication.

• • What the person can learn or achieve in this role: Mature CI/CD pipelines, observability, and release hygiene to reduce regressions and mean time to restore; enable clean migrations, classification, and governance controls that withstand audits; improve page loads, search, and task turnaround via performance tuning and targeted UX uplift; build and support robust integrations (SAP, JIRA, and other in-house tools) with measurable uptime and traceability; ship secure, maintainable Windchill enhancements (Types/Attributes, Lifecycles, Workflows, Change Objects) with on-time delivery against sprint commitments.
