- • Serve as a Workday Benefits Architect within Kognitiv’s Post-Production/AMS team, providing ongoing strategic support to clients after Workday go-live.
- • Audit and redesign existing Workday Benefits configurations to enhance system accuracy, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- • Lead Phase X implementations for existing Workday clients, rolling out new Benefits functionality and ensuring seamless adoption.
- • Troubleshoot complex, high-priority issues in live Workday environments, including misconfigured accrual rules, calculation tags, and benefit plan logic.
- • Guide clients through semi-annual Workday system updates, identifying and implementing new Benefits features to maximize value.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by explaining the business impact of configuration changes and recommending optimal solutions.
- • Support multiple clients across diverse industries, adapting quickly to varying business processes and compliance requirements.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, scalable Workday Benefits solutions aligned with client objectives.
- • Maintain deep technical knowledge of Workday Benefits modules, including compensation, leave, wellness, and retirement offerings.
- • Contribute to client retention and growth by identifying opportunities for additional Workday Benefits enhancements and upselling services.
- • Document configuration changes, process improvements, and client-specific workflows to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
- • Participate in client meetings, status reviews, and change management discussions to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- • Deliver solutions in a fully remote environment with autonomy over project execution and client engagement.
- • Engage in a culture that values authenticity, ownership, and continuous professional development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong expertise in Workday Benefits configuration within a live, post-production environment
- • Proven experience supporting multiple clients in an AMS (Application Management Services) capacity
- • Ability to analyze complex, messy Workday tenants and design scalable, long-term architectural improvements
- • Excellent communication skills to consult with clients on technical changes and their business impact
