- • As a Workday Consultant at Deel, you will partner with customers to maximize the value of their Workday investments by implementing certified integrations that automate internal business processes, directly supporting Deel’s mission to unlock global opportunity through seamless HR and payroll infrastructure.
- • Day to day, you will design, develop, and implement Workday integrations focused on third-party payroll systems, provide technical expertise in payroll data mapping and troubleshooting, collaborate with sales and internal teams to refine solutions, manage stakeholder expectations and project deliverables, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including data flow diagrams and field mappings.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant with a focus on Workday Core HCM and third-party payroll integrations
- • Workday Certified in Core Connector Tools & Payroll (CCTPP) and Integration Core
- • Proven experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems
- • Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools including EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Web Services APIs
- • Solid understanding of standard payroll concepts including gross-to-net calculations, tax jurisdiction rules, and wage types
- • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
