- • Own day-to-day administration and ongoing optimization of Workday (HCM, Benefits, US Payroll, and other modules) to support People Operations at scale.
- • Configure and maintain Workday workflows, security roles, organizational structures, and business processes including employee reviews, goal setting, and onboarding/offboarding.
- • Partner with People Operations, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to align system capabilities with cross-functional business needs and process requirements.
- • Build, maintain, and deliver accurate reports and dashboards to support HR analytics, operational decision-making, and leadership insights.
- • Ensure data integrity and governance through regular audits, data validation, cleanup initiatives, and adherence to compliance standards.
- • Troubleshoot system issues, manage system enhancements, and coordinate updates and releases to maintain platform stability and functionality.
- • Document all system configurations, processes, standards, and change logs to ensure knowledge continuity and audit readiness.
- • Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience across HR workflows.
- • Support integrations between Workday and external systems including payroll providers, benefits administrators, and other third-party HR technologies.
- • Collaborate on audit readiness initiatives and ensure HR systems comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, escalations, and system improvements across the organization.
- • Drive continuous improvement of HR systems by evaluating new Workday features, industry best practices, and emerging HR technology trends.
- • Maintain a strong focus on data accuracy, system reliability, and user adoption across all HR stakeholders.
- • Support global HR operations by ensuring system configurations accommodate multi-state compliance and U.S.-specific payroll regulations.
- • Work closely with HR business partners to translate operational needs into technical solutions within the Workday platform.
- • Proactively anticipate system needs as the company scales, ensuring Workday remains a scalable and resilient foundation for People Operations.
