  • • Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global client base by designing, testing, and deploying business requirements across multiple Workday HCM modules, adapting to evolving client needs.
  • • Conduct client working sessions to gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements, proposing tailored recommendations and alternative solutions aligned with client goals and Workday best practices.
  • • Lead medium to large-scale Workday implementation projects from initial scoping and discovery through design, testing, and go-live, without direct supervision, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and quality standards.
  • • Manage multiple concurrent client projects simultaneously in both supporting and leadership roles, prioritizing tasks and balancing competing demands to meet deadlines and performance metrics.
  • • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by articulating lessons learned from prior engagements, promoting Kognitiv and Workday best practices, and guiding clients toward system enhancements and process improvements.
  • • Perform root cause analysis for client-reported issues, develop corrective measures, and implement solutions while seeking input from team members to refine approaches.
  • • Mentor and coach junior consultants by providing guidance, reviewing deliverables, and fostering professional growth within the team.
  • • Contribute to organizational knowledge management through formal documentation, Q&A sessions, best practice posts, and facilitation of Workday knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • • Maintain an intermediate understanding of Workday module integrations, dependencies, and cross-functional touchpoints to support holistic solution design.
  • • Achieve key performance indicators including utilization targets, service level agreements, and client satisfaction scores through consistent delivery excellence.
  • • Demonstrate ownership in all work activities by proactively identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and improved client outcomes in Workday deployments.
  • • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support reporting, data analysis, and solution design activities.
  • • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams in a remote environment, ensuring alignment, transparency, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • • Travel up to 5% annually to meet client and team needs as required.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience leading Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production/AMS services, or working as a Workday client
  • • Deep expertise in Workday Core HCM, Security, and Reporting, plus proficiency in at least one additional Workday module (e.g., Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, Absence, Learning, Prism, BIRT)
  • • Proven ability to lead full lifecycle Workday projects from scoping to go-live, managing multiple concurrent engagements independently
  • • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote client and team collaboration
  • • Willingness and ability to mentor and manage other consultants
